What happens once I join Yanraya’s Well-being Circle?
Once you’ve registered your details and made payment, you’ll be able to log-in to the membership portal on this site. From here, you’ll have access to the current well-being practices and useful resources. You’ll be added to our Well-being with Yanraya newsletter to receive updates (once or twice per month) when new practices / challenges are published.
What’s the purpose of the well-being practices?
The well-being practices are created to encourage, motivate and inspire you to make positive changes, create supportive habits, experiment creatively, and discover more of your gifts for achieving optimal well-being in all areas of your life.
How do I participate in the well-being practices? What’s involved?
As a member, you’ll receive an email inviting you to participate in the current well-being practice. You can participate (if you choose) in your own time and at your own pace. There is no course work to submit, no exams and no assessments.
I’d like to take a break from membership. How do I cancel my subscription?
Your subscription lasts for the duration of your chosen membership option but you can take a break and/or unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
Are membership payments automatically recurring?
No. We will send you a reminder by email when your membership is due to end so that you can renew (if you wish) at your own convenience.
Do you offer a refund?
Once payment has been made for courses or membership and you’ve had access to the content either through logging into the membership platform or downloading courses/ kits/books, no refund can be offered. If you’re unhappy with any aspect of the service, your kind feedback is most welcome.
Do you offer personalized well-being guidance?
If you prefer more tailored guidance on a one-to-one basis, I may be able to assist or recommend someone else who can. I am connected with many highly experienced and highly evolved people who offer specialised services from intuitive healing to homeopathy and from living your purpose to clearing entities, and I can provide recommendations.
Where are my emails?
If you don’t receive your email(s) from Yanraya, first check your promotions or spam folder. Make sure you add Yanraya’s email address to your ‘safe email list’ if you have that facility with your email provider. If you’re still not receiving Yanraya’s emails, check to make sure you’ve provided your correct email address.
